This segment of Access Houston, KG Smooth welcome Alfred Frazier Jr., founder of My Civil Society, along with Dr. Richard Harris and some young women from the program, to tell us all about MCS.  My Civil Society is a movement of professionals who meet to discuss challenges and develop solutions to effect change in under served communities. Through our comprehensive programs, we are changing the narrative and challenging the status quo, specifically for individuals who have been marginalized and forgotten by society.
